To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Tag a friend in the comments section of the post

• Entrants are eligible to enter multiple times during the Promotion period stated in Item 6.
• Entries will be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. All costs associated with entering the Promotion will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
• Persons may not enter or participate in this Promotion on behalf of any third party.
• The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for lost or late entries. Entry submissions will be regarded as acceptance of these conditions of entry.

This is a game of chance - the winners will be selected randomly, providing they have met the entry criteria. One (1) winner will be selected within three (3) business days. Location of the prize draw: Blake eLearning head office (655 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt, New South Wales, Australia, 2040).

Multiple entries are permitted.

The 1 x winner will be notified by Tuesday 27th January 2026, or within three (3) business days of the draw.

• The Winner will receive a reply to their entry comment on Instagram asking them to send an Instagram direct message. Further information will then be requested over direct message, such as full name, contact number, email address and postal address. The winner must respond with their correct personal information via Instagram direct message.
  To receive the Prize, please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks from the date of accepting the Prize.
• No compensation will be payable if the Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated for whatever reason.
• If the Prize(s) are unclaimed by the unclaimed prize draw date, the Promoter will award the Prize(s) to another Eligible Entrant(s) drawn at random, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw date is 10:00 AM AEDT on 30th January 2026.

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any losses or damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.

Additionally, Instagram is used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram; and to release Instagram from all liability in relation to this Promotion. In the case where a winner decide they do not wish to be part of this promotion and/or disagree with the Terms & Conditions outlined in some or all of the items outlined above, they are requested to email info@readingeggs.com with the subject line "Withdrawal from ANZ Back to School Giveaway 2026" and include their Instagram handle and email address in the email during the Promotion period stated in Item 6. Doing so will lead to withdrawal from the Promotion.
